MTTS was established in 2004 with the goal of delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions for newborns in need of intensive medical care. We offer a comprehensive suite of technologies for neonatal care -from CPAP machines that treat respiratory distress syndrome to phototherapy machines that treat neonatal jaundice.

These state-of-the-art devices help healthcare professionals to deliver a better quality of healthcare to a growing number of patients, and at a lower cost.

Gregory Dajer

DIRECTOR

Born in Poland, Gregory received international education with degrees from UK and Denmark. He worked for both multinational corporations and small and medium size enterprises. Gregory joined MTTS in 2006 to implement finance, quality assurance and quality control systems. He currently oversees all operations, maximizing efficiency and making sure that customers receive best and consistent quality medical devices within the agreed timeframe. He also plays a leading role in sales and marketing. In his spare time, Gregory is an avid tennis player, a passionate traveler, and a food enthusiast.

Nga Tuyet Trang

VICE DIRECTOR

Born in Hanoi, Nga was educated in Vietnam and Denmark. She returned from overseas with a dream of changing her home country to the place where everybody has equal chance for healthy start in life.
In 2004 she started MTTS – the company that designs, manufactures and delivers appropriate medical equipment for neonatal intensive care. She’s responsible for managing finance, sales and regulatory approvals. In free time she enjoys playing tennis, cooking and window-shopping.

Trong Duc Vo

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Born and raised in Hanoi, Trong holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering of Electronics and Telecommunication from Hanoi University of Technology. He joined MTTS in 2014 adding his expertise to Research and Development team. Trong is responsible for managing the development of new projects, doing technical design work on electronics and software, and giving engineering support to production and customer service activities. Away from the office, he enjoys reading, cycling, and playing badminton.

Steffen Reschwamm

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Steffen grew up in Germany, where he undertook a 3-year vocational training in Industrial Electronics and graduated in Computer Science at Munich University of Applied Sciences. Before joining MTTS, he worked as Manager and IT Advisor at the Vietnam National Academy of Public Administration. At MTTS, Steffen is responsible for manufacturing process management, and ensuring product standards and organizational effectiveness. His hobbies include playing volleyball and tennis, and going for cross country walks with his dogs.
